We are thrilled to welcome Chris Malikschmitt as DNZ’s inaugural Chief Operating Officer. With a background in law and having served as a former assistant to the Chief of Staff for then Senator Biden, Chris brings diverse professional experience from the public, private, prosecutorial and governmental sectors, with a passion for business strategy and execution. He will be working closely with Partners Jon A. Dorf, Jonathan B. Nelson, and Mark C. Zauderer, and Executive Director, William Beaver, to lead the firm's daily operations.
