For the firm, Josh rebuilt the public website and built a private billing portal — one secure login where the owner sees the whole financial picture of the firm. It updates from their QuickBooks and Clio exports, so the numbers are always current.

• Overview — cash on hand, total owed to the firm, revenue and profit for the year, all on one screen
• Who owes money — every unpaid bill sorted by how overdue it is (current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90, 90+ days)
• Oldest unpaid bills — the top 25 most overdue accounts, so the firm knows who to chase first
• By originating attorney — how much each attorney's clients owe, and how much of that is overdue
• Profit & loss — income, expenses, profit margin, and biggest expense categories
• Partner distributions — what each partner has drawn for the year and their share of the pool
• Cash & balance sheet — bank balances, assets, and what the firm owes
• Bills to pay — vendor bills owed by the firm, sorted by how overdue they are
• Work in progress — time worked but not yet billed (hours and dollar value)
• Top clients — biggest clients by revenue and their share of the book

• Reads each payment that comes in and splits it across the right attorneys using the firm's own commission rules
• Produces a clean Excel workbook — one tab per billing attorney — ready to hand off

• Upload & auto-update — drop in the QuickBooks/Clio reports and the portal refreshes itself, with plain-English insights written up after each upload
• Rebuilt the public website — attorney pages, practice areas, news
• Got the firm to show up in AI search — when people ask ChatGPT, Google AI, or Perplexity for a top litigator, the firm comes up
• Everything is encrypted and owner-only — data unlocks in the browser after login

All Sportz Apparel

For a custom team-uniform manufacturer, Josh rebuilt their website and built a private dashboard that turns their numbers into live charts the owner can read at a glance.

• Revenue charts — money in by month (actual vs. forecast) and a 13-week revenue projection
• Production charts — forecast vs. actual output each week and by customer, plus factory capacity used vs. the target
• Money-owed charts — invoices per day, expected payments by due date, and a list of who owes what and how overdue it is
• Shipping & inventory charts — what ships each day by customer, the delivery schedule, and stock on hand (raw fabric, in-progress, finished)
• An employee scoreboard and a built-in assistant that answers plain-English questions about the business

Third House Capital

For a private-equity family office that manages roughly $45M across real estate, technology, healthcare and finance, Josh built and maintains the investor-facing website and a private, login-only investor portal.

• Secure investor portal — sign-up, login, and full password reset, so only approved investors get in
• Portfolio showcase — every company the fund backs, with logos, links and exit multiples (partial exits up to 10x)
• Performance dashboard — assets under management, average portfolio growth, holding periods and investor count, all on one screen

One of the businesses under Third House's management is Leafwell Farm, an eco-wellness cabin retreat. Josh built its entire guest-booking platform end to end.
