Edmond O’Brien is a Partner in Dorf Nelson & Zauderer LLP’s Litigation Department and Real Estate Litigation Group.
Mr. O’Brien concentrates his practice in general commercial litigation, with an emphasis on commercial real estate litigation, and in particular representing owners/landlords. He appears regularly in the Commercial Landlord/Tenant Part of the Civil Court and the Supreme Court. He has also been involved in numerous bankruptcy litigations, representing landlords where tenants have filed for bankruptcy.
Prior to joining Dorf Nelson & Zauderer, Mr. O’Brien was a partner at Stempel Bennett Claman & Hochberg, P.C. where his practice focused on complex real estate litigation matters.
