Jake Firestein is a Law Clerk in the firm’s Corporate Department and Media, Entertainment & Technology Group.
Mr. Firestein is currently a J.D. candidate at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where he is completing his final semester and pursuing Certificates in Environmental Law and International Law. He earned his B.A. in Economics, with a minor in Statistics, from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
During law school, Mr. Firestein
served as a Legal Intern with Region 5 of the New York State Department of
Environmental Conservation in the Adirondack Park region near Lake Placid.
Working with Regional Counsel, he gained experience with environmental regulatory
and enforcement matters, including administrative proceedings, compliance
issues, and related legal research and drafting.
