Lawyer Overview
Mackenzie Spadinger is an Associate in Dorf Nelson & Zauderer LLP’s Litigation Department and Healthcare & General Liability Defense Group. She represents individual and institutional clients in complex, high-exposure matters involving medical malpractice, general liability, premises liability, construction accidents, and insurance defense. She has experience managing all phases of litigation from inception through trial, including drafting and arguing motions, conducting and defending depositions, managing discovery, preparing dispositive motions, and handling appellate matters.
While in law school, Ms. Spadinger served as a judicial intern for the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland where she assisted on matters involving criminal convictions and enforcing arbitration awards. She also worked at a medical malpractice defense firm assisting with legal research and case management. Ms. Spadinger also completed significant pro bono hours while in law school, which aligns with her commitment to serving clients and supporting the legal team.
