Additionally, he advises on post-breach responses, cybersecurity due diligence, and trains clients on best practices for protecting consumer data in an increasingly AI-driven landscape.

As a member of the Corporate Department's Virtual-Fractional General Counsel Group, Mr. Kushner provides in-house legal services to businesses, offering day-to-day guidance on contract negotiations, data protection strategies, and emerging compliance challenges in rapidly evolving sectors. This unique foundation enables him to address legal issues involving cutting-edge technologies, including AI and cybersecurity, with a depth of understanding and strategic insight rarely found in the legal profession.

Mr. Kushner's technical fluency, including proficiency in coding and cybersecurity infrastructure, empowers him to serve as a bridge between technical teams and legal stakeholders, ensuring that business objectives align with regulatory requirements and technological realities.

Prior to joining Dorf Nelson & Zauderer LLP, Mr. Kushner served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Ruchelsman in the New York State Supreme Court, where he honed his skills in analyzing complex legal issues.
