Aaron Weissberg is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. Mr. Weissberg is an experienced litigator with substantial experience handling complex commercial litigation matters, from intake through trial. He has successfully litigated matters on behalf of large and small businesses, large financial institutions, national banks, and equipment finance companies. Mr. Weissberg has litigated a wide array of matters, including creditor’s rights, collections, commercial lending, real estate, bankruptcy and municipal law.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Weissberg was a partner in a litigation firm that focused on complex litigation matters. Earlier in his career, he was a solo practitioner  focusing his practice on commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and insurance coverage claims.
