Richard Klein, Esq. Is a Featured Speaker at Building & Realty Institute CCAC Meeting

On September 23, 2026,  Richard Klein, Partner and Co-chair of Dorf Nelson & Zauderer’s Commercial Real Estate & Land Use Department will be a guest speaker at the Building & Realty Institute of the Hudson Valley's Cooperative & Condominium Advisory Council Membership Meeting on September 23, 2026. 

Richard will be presenting on "The Do's and Don'ts of Capital Improvement Projects," sharing his insights on the “ins and outs” of navigating capital projects, including the critical importance of reviewing governing documents to determine what conditions, if any, a Board must satisfy before moving forward.
