DNZ is thrilled to announce the firm’s Matrimonial & Family Law Department. We welcome attorneys Margery A. Greenberg, Olga Batsedis and Sara Hiltzik to the firm. We also welcome Lauro Nava, the department’s office manager. A highly regarded leader in her field, Ms. Greenberg has concentrated in matrimonial and family law for over 40 years as an advocate, mediator and prominent member of the legal community. Ms. Greenberg leads a team of seasoned attorneys providing custom solutions to the full breadth of family and matrimonial law issues, including high-conflict custody matters and financially complex proceedings. The department will also handle estate administration, planning and related litigation services as well as guardianship proceedings.
