Partner Margery A. Greenberg leads our Matrimonial and Family Law Department and is dedicated to guiding clients with understanding and a sense of empowerment. A seasoned litigator and creative negotiator, Ms. Greenberg has devoted her career to serving clients in family and matrimonial matters. She works with her team of dedicated and experienced attorneys, providing the full breadth of family law services from contested litigation to strategically negotiated settlements. Widely recognized for their legal knowledge, her team is regularly sought out to train lawyers in the diverse practices that serve families in crisis.

What sets us apart from other matrimonial and family law attorneys is that we are specifically trained in and sensitive to the underlying dynamics that individual cases present. As such, we are able to understand complex issues and seek solutions that best match our client's specific goals.

While we believe that it is often better for all concerned – especially the children – to settle a matrimonial and/or family law matter rather than proceed to trial, our attorneys are expert litigators who will go to trial when appropriate to obtain the best possible outcome.

Our department also provides estate planning, administration and related litigation services as well as guardianship proceedings for the protection of the elderly or those unable to care for themselves.
