Edmond O’Brien, Partner in Dorf Nelson & Zauderer LLP’s Real Estate Litigation Group, was recently interviewed by the New York Post for an article entitled “20,000 bottles of rare wine worth millions remain unclaimed after implosion of NYC’s Sherry-Lehmann”. In the article, Mr. O’Brien, who represents Glorious Sun, the landlord who took charge of the wine collection after Sherry-Lehmann’s storage business defaulted on its rent, provided an update on the investigation to locate the owners who have not claimed their wine bottles.
