Congratulations to Partner Ryan Kaupelis for obtaining a complete dismissal of the plaintiff’s complaint which alleged breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty against the defendant. Following extensive motion practice, Ryan successfully argued that the plaintiff’s claims were without merit, frivolous and warranted dismissal.
