Congratulations to Partner Mark C. Zauderer for issuing a comprehensive Referee’s Report in a complex commercial case in Supreme Court, New York County which was recently affirmed in its entirety. In July 2024, Mr. Zauderer was appointed as a Referee to hear and report on a motion and cross-motion involving a series of discovery disputes in a complex commercial case that had been ongoing for over a decade. Justice Arlene Bluth recently issued a decision fully affirming Mr. Zauderer's 44-page report, describing it as "well-reasoned," "detailed and excellent," and "entirely supported by the record."
